A Knoxville man’s business offers people products to help them stay safe from violent crime and he says women, especially, need to be prepared. A year ago, Tommy Adyelott opened Safety Smart at 10412 Kingston Pike in West Knoxville. The idea for the business came after his daughters were having a hard time finding personal safety defense items. It was the murders of a young Knoxville couple, Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom, in 2007 that prompted Adyelott to start his business. The pair was carjacked, raped and then killed.  http://www.wate.com/Global/story.asp?S=10637388  story ,video

Adyelott is right on one level-we shouldn’t be attacked, killed by violent savages. We knew that a long time ago. He means well- and  is right to be concerned about his daughters’ safety.  Fine… but – We should not  have to live like that, We shouldn’t have to be around that, around them. There exists an uncomfortable customary silence that follows a statement like this in public that at once acknowledges its truth -before the name-calling fear sets in. So afraid are they that they will be seen as you- they must name-call first, whether it comes in the form of the mewling whisper “don’t you think that’s Racist!?”

“racist!racist!racist!”  once one hears it often enough, it begins to sound  like ‘Go Bears! Go Bears!’ or “9ers! 9ers!”  People know instinctively your words are true: why else would they do everything in their power to move away from it? Yet when one plainly states it, an almost palpable panic ensues, not unlike the gasp heard  when a  kid says “Mommy, why is that person so (whatever)?”  but in this case the kid is saying “Mommy, why do those people steal stuff,  rape, torture and kill so much ?”  Are we supposed to say, “Oh, haha, that is just one of those things that ‘just happen’ when people are poor and live in a Bad Place..but don’t you worry, Johnny- it won’t happen to you, because ahh.. we live in a ……umm.. ‘safe place’, and besides, mommy has a taser!  Now eat up your organic yogurt and when you’re done, put the container in the recycle bin, because we have to worry about the earth! ”

It is  maddening  that the onus is put on the woman -‘self-defense’ -as it is accepted that the greater society is not going to protect her by keeping these creatures away from her- that the system/media has made people are too afraid of being called a name,  because one might be perceived as being Racist! Indeed the media has tried to promote going willingly with the rapist torturer crack-dealer gangsta-thug.  Are we so afraid of being called names we have accepted  laws that greatly endanger us, even if it is obvious the whole integration experiment for the most part, has failed?

In other supposedly less-civilized cultures, women are not allowed to go out unescorted.  Channon Christian was not unescorted- she was with Chris Newsom, who suffered the same fate as she- even being young and athletic, he was no match for this roving band of gun-toting, violent savages hell-bent on murder and mayhem. That being the case, do tasers, sound alarms and pepper spray make a difference, especially for a woman alone -confronted with a gang of criminal minded ghetto thugs with guns? Cops have tasers, cops have back-up cops, and still get killed. While I wish Adyelott  the best of luck in today’s economy with his business, and as well-meaning as he may be, it is water-wings on the sinking Titanic, it’s a wetsuit in the Antarctic, it’s bactine for leprosy. It doesn’t take care of the problem.

Do these products make this woman a match for letalvis and crew?

Let’s take The Old Days. You know, the supposedly bad  ol’ days before forced integration. In those days, they would not have dared come near those kids. If they had done anything even close to this, letalvis, his brother and crew would already be dead because Men would have killed them-  we would not be paying for their trials, incarceration and inevitable executions. If the old brand of justice had  been dispensed, would those families  be tormented by the thought the criminals did not get a fair trial? I bet they would be sleeping better than they are these days- having had  to sit in the same room all day with the scum that raped, tortured and killed their children. I trust there will be a solution in the case of these rapists/torturers/murderers, but unfortunately it is ex post facto.

Another thing that irritates me to no end about this case, aside from the ‘race-had-nothing-to-do-with-it’  nonsense is the oft-repeated premise that this was  ‘random, it just happened’ :   “Safe Haven also says to keep in mind that the majority of attacks on people aren’t random.”  This kind of statement suggests that while the Christian/Newsom murders were random, statistics say you are likely to know your attacker, blah blah.. and it is not correct. People hear this and believe it  without questioning /investigating the methodology or the statement itself. If one is using stats for the purposes of crime/safety prediction or conclusions ,be accurate and don’t use average people like oneself as a comparison variable-  use  the Criminal Young Black Male- and then let’s look at who is likely to attack, shall we? Ahh, but that would be racist!, because it would be true. Let’s see kids, is someone with a long record* of crime and violence > or < likely to hurt you? Very good! It is not random, as in ‘Practice random acts of kindness’ (of people who have this sticker,99.9%  are White)- Whites  are constantly admonishing each other to be ever-nicer, good and kind. The bumpster-sticker forgets the ‘no matter what’ part, because that part is already internalized.

Back to the ghetto-thugs- they have  a history of  various nefarious violent activities . There is nothing random about that- it is quite predictable- who cares what the cause(s) are?  No amount of money thrown at it seems to make a lick of difference. Res ipsa loquitur= the thing speaks for itself.  Statistics using  the young criminal black male  would reveal this group to be especially dangerous, and the likelihood and frequency of being hurt by such much greater . You don’t actually believe that junk about  1 out of three is in prison  because cops are racist!, court appointed attorneys suck, ‘profiling’ , ‘bad schools’, broken homes, blah blah, do you? Come on. Let us use the correct words.  It is not ‘random’ to have an earthquake in California. It may be spontaneous, and we don’t know when it will happen, but the chances are good it will  at some point happen, as the landscape is prone to them. Random, no. Spontaneous, yes. Got it?

Being that this is true,  for this particular criminal underclass- the  ‘woman, protect thyself’ methods are fairly useless-  not going out alone after dark, parking near lights, checking the backseat of the car, dressing modestly, karate classes, keeping windows closed when you leave, carrying one’s keys with the points out, alarms, tasers-  those things all assume the attacker has a certain measure of stealth, of lying in wait, a predator-and that there will be space and time to act to defend oneself- that one can sense  the probable danger and thus quickly prepare to meet the danger. Those kinds of things would not have protected Channon and Chris.

The fact that the criminals in this case may not have premeditated these crimes does NOT make them LESS dangerous – it makes them MORE dangerous- for the very fact one cannot take reasonable protective measures  against them. Those who act so impulsively -as they did in the car-jacking, as they did in deciding to kidnap, rape, torture and kill  and holding up a pizza place in the process-those who have a sizeable criminal record, who are just about driven to steal, hunt and kill  people- they act in groups,  they take the risk that onlookers will be too afraid to help-they will act at any time of the day or night, anywhere-  The only way to avoid this type of impulsive crime is not having them be around, period.

So while it is great that this man wants to protect his daughters,  and that he is unafraid to state the idea was brought about by the Christian/Newsom torture murders- I don’t know that tasers and sound alarms are enough, or the real answer. I don’t know if locking one’s doors, or even carrying a gun can solve this if one is outnumbered AND outgunned. We should not have to accept this as our new reality. There’s always White Flight- a solution for White Plight, until there aren’t any more places to run. When that happens, it’s not going to be  all rainbow quilts and reparation picnics.

“They don’t want to make a big deal again about neo-Nazis in the military, because then parents who are already worried about their kids signing up and dying in Iraq are going to be even more reluctant about their kids enlisting if they feel they’ll be exposed to gangs and White supremacists” …blah blah, obligatory McVeigh reference..yadayada use as case form 1995 and copy and paste from the Salon article.

Yeah, take a look at these guys in the links below and then tell me again about the scary White ‘supremacists’  ‘extremists’ and ‘gangs’ . To Berkowitz, who wrote this mad libs templated pap- gee, has it ever occured to you that part of the whole engagement in anything middle-east is to protect YOUR dual-citizenship getaway?  Aren’t you the ungrateful f&*ck much?  Must be nice to have a private army of one’s own, constantly fueled by Ameribucks, though maybe not for long.  Feeling nervous about The Black Guy AND Whitey now? Worried that The Black Guy might start having talks with Iran or push the two-state solution? Worried that The Black Guy is too busy on his latest  ‘Obama! Buchenwald 09 tour’ to worry about Izzy ? Oh -and there’s still lots of guns available despite your scare tactic about The Black Guy taking away gun rights.  Seriously-we already had lots of guns before The Black Guy.  http://www.city-arms.com/

“Duhh nuh-uh, it’s about..uhh, yeah, bringing democracy to Iraq and freeing them.. oh wait, no , it’s about weapons of mass destruction–uhh, it’s about.. ..umm, getting that Bin Laden dude..no wait, it’s about Kuwait and  umm Saddam.. WTF are we still here for again? I don’t know, but I sure feel messed up, and missing my legs and being disfigured sure doesn’t help.”

I’m against this war, as I am against most anything involving the US in the Middle East.  That said, veterans can come back very screwed up from war and the military machine . Often times they don’t get as much help as they need.  http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2009/jul/14/still-waiting-and-waiting/

Whatever you think of the Iraq situation- there are many of Us in the military- maybe you have seen recent reports about this. So- I added the charity button to the right- It doesn’t take much effort- ll you have to do is rate videos, and they make a contribution. WordPress recently added this, it is in the widget section under ‘social vibe’.

The first part of this first is awful, but fast forward to about 4:00 in

The next one is an  ironic treatment on the privilege backpack theme that we think we can just have rainbow picnics and put minorities on TV,  and  in textbooks and government positions of power, and  that will magically make everything better. Was thinking, they’re not JUST mad at us for slavery per se, they are probably more mad at us for putting them into a system so alien to their way of life, one in which it would be almost impossible to assimilate. People tend to overlook that- it is usually simplified down to  ‘Europeans created all this, dammit’, which is true-but people often see this like we just got here, not taking everything from Europe with us- much of what we once had here was an amalgamation of various Euro-cultures that took thousands of years in the making- and we expected people taken out of a primitive culture to play ‘catch-up’. Sure this video is supposed to be funny, but it clearly illustrates the resentment blacks still feel- and who can blame them? One goes from the third world, without even the wheel or a written language- to an advanced society/super power?

This next highlights the theme of political correctness in the media- the themes of no matter how true a particular thing is, someone is bound to be offended.  I should say especially the more true it is. “The problem with your  pitch is that the show is racist…”  “Where exactly did he get the bike?”    “He stole it!”  “Right, that’s what I thought..” All of these are kind of a reverse-reverse psychology- mocking the politically correct memes as IF one is still touting the PC line and self-mocking, but really not.

Just  saw this- – http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/jul/10/first-racial-hatred-online-conviction  Sheppard gets 4 yrs, 10 months-Whittle 2 years , 4 months. This is the  crime,  that Sheppard and Whittle have and will contninue to do time for simply writing/speaking opinion.  In searching for web hosts who believe in the right to speak freely, who believe the internet is not just another medium of expression, like books or music, but is the method of mass expression to which all of the other methods are connected- the brain stem of free expression- I realize more than ever how we the people of the US take free speech for granted, and don’t realize what we want to  believe is a firm hold on free speech indeed might be a rather tenuous grasp.

Re:  the last posting –  free forum stuff is all right for learning software, but without hosting there seems to be no way to get around the ads and there is always the chance of getting booted for content on these freebie forums, even if one is not gratuitously or overtly  ‘hateful’- Why do I have to even ASK if they ‘allow’ free-speech ? The photo link-  I was pretty clear with what I  suggested. Do they mean they are OK with the kinds of things I have written about on this blog? Or do they mean within the safe borders of  mamby-pamby wussyspeak?

Sure, the companies are private- like a shop where one can refuse service to anyone for any reason, however, it is a different thing to say “hey you, I won’t serve you any more drinks as you are belligerent, spray-painting the walls and threatening people ” than it is for a food seller to say “Hey, too bad if you need to eat, I don’t like the looks of you , and someone else here might not either , someone who can pay more-so go get your food somewhere else or starve !”  Taking away internet freedom of speech is not just denying the hungry of food, it is like shutting down the grocer,  killing the livestock and leaving them to rot in the field. Of course not all will starve, some will continue to prosper in the pretend world of Equality Disneyland- a place where when one is a child, one thinks it is really Mickey or Goofy walking around, just like believing in mall Santas- but when one is grown, one knows it really only costumes and masks :Mickey and Santa are fictional characters.

If I don’t like MTV, or reality shows, or ‘E’  TV, or 99.9% of crap that is on cable, can I tell them that I don’t want any TV if this is the kind of degeneracy that makes and celebrates ‘White trash culture’. Are they going to yank MTV because some people, even a great amount of people don’t like it? Of course not- they would  shut the whole thing off and tell me if I wanted TV again, I would have to pay the set-up fee  again and own or rent a cable box.

It’s not ‘reverse discrimination’-a phrase is used when it applies to Whites, but it is incorrect- it’s just plain ol’ discrimination- one might define it as racial and political discrimination- they are trying to prohibit  us from having our own place, whether the place is used for serious discussion, myspace silliness or that akin to writing on the wall of a bar restroom- it matters not the context- they don’t want us to have it- and this has spawned a black market of sorts, where instead of the default being true free speech- the default is ‘don’t make anyone mad/offended’ and the exception is the webhost who will tell the complainers to get stuffed. Shouldn’t there be something in the contract with a webhost that says  “go ahead and sign up, but  sign up with the understanding you may not like every site that is hosted on our servers- knowing this, you agree to the contract that your contract is independent and binding regardless of knowledge of other sites hosted here either before or after contract..blah blah legalese…” – shouldn’t it be that way rather than the customer threatening the hosting provider?   The hosts who boot people off should be exposed – either they believe in free speech or they don’t. No , we aren’t talking illegal kiddie crap. We are talking unpopular political opinion.

What WN talk about is NOT illegal, yet it is treated as if it already is. When I say wussspeak- some might say that is what I am doing on this blog just because I might not use a particular epithet-or style it the same way they might. That is an incorrect accusation. If one gets at the truth and makes cogent points- it isn’t wussy. The problem isn’t me being the wussy, the problem is mainstream America being so Pavlovianly trained that if they see or hear something that sets off an association in their heads from a 48 hours special- the neural pathways shut down – they can’t absorb anything- they just go into freak out mode  ‘hate hate nazis fire fire  jews swine flu racism fear nooses  ebola  hate nword  judgement swastika virus market  klan burning crash  gas prices holocaust arghhhhhhhh!’ So what is the point in doing that when the effect is that yes, a lot of people can’t handle it, aren’t ready for it. That and the fact that while some people aren’t wussies, they know what is going on, or are beginning to, but don’t have a taste for crudity- or they find it juvenile or embarrassing, and they go away.

Why build something up if it can be easily taken down? I don’t want to do that.  Then there are  practical considerations- does the host offer any kind of set-up? Is there an additional fee for that? Do I pay monthly or yearly?  Can it handle mysql databases?  What is the bandwidth limit, and how many gigabytes of transfer power does one really need? What is considered a ‘good deal’ as far as costs? How does one know a ‘free-speech’ host is legit? Of course they all say they will cooperate with law enforcement- fine-that is to be expected- but I would rather not hand over cash to free-speech hosting fronts. How many times have WN been dropped off a site because a bigger customer/company/site has discovered they are sharing a server with a ‘hate site’ and whined/threatened the host? Because many hosting companies won’t touch anything controversial, so afraid are they that other clients will complain/drop them, a market has been created for hosting providers that won’t censor. Granted- sitting on one’s arse posting messages isn’t exactly the epitome of activism but what if those exchanges were more than faggy flame wars/I’m a bad-ass postring on the net/nyah-nyah/whee-look-at me/ stuff? What if those exchanges were mature, high quality and actually going somewhere?

What if there really were free-speech without the whiners gettings sites shut down?  I suppose the  free speech hosts wouldn’t be able to charge as much-but they wouldn’t need to- they could charge less and get a whole lot more people on board, thus making a lot more money. The default would have to be the hosting companies stating “We don’t believe in free speech.” Of course they would not frame it that way- they would say “we don’t allow X, Y and Z on  our servers” and some people would go for that- but many would not, only freaking out and writing email complaints if they think it might affect their own gig. They – the Powers That Be, don’t want Us collaborating or congregating as they know this usually means we have a collective  belief system-  why is religious belief a protected category but thoughts and conclusions grounded in reality- are not? Painting everyone with a broad brush, yadayadayada- why not just make a law against making generalizations period- as that is what stereotyping really is, isn’t it?

‘ Hate’ –  that is overused and wasted on the unhateful. The people who deserve most to be hateful get intimidated and interrogated by media slimemold until they feel they must not only not be righteously hateful, but they must forgive, they must issue disclaimers:

“We’re not  uhh , that made-up bad word racist, we luvvvvv everybody, even the very type of rabid, raping, psycho, sodomizing mofos that killed our kids. It was just..uhh what was it I was supposed to say again? Oh yeah, a random tragedy- wrong place wrong time…Just because they do it to their own more often – umm , what was that again- uhh because they are always usually killing their own umm- Oh wait, that wasn’t it. Because they just are more violent? Oh right  “blacks kill other blacks far more often than Whites”- umm is that even true and if it is…is that supposed to make it OK when they kill a White? Right, I get it it-  shut up and read the cue card-.sigh… Uhh yeahh..where was I-  I’m not against them, per se, just because they are .. .. I would hate and want to kill anyone who did this to my kid-  Hey is this some kind of required disclaimer or something? This is bullshit, I’m not reading this statement as if these are my words- F.U. Slimemold Media! ”

Most WN aren’t hateful over the way things are, we might be disgusted, annoyed, frustrated, despairing, angry, exasperated, sickened- there are so many other more accurate words to describe what the media dumbs down into  something a little kid would say ” They’re being MEAN! They’re  EXCLUDING Me- they’re HATEFUL!”

Since when is being offended caused by ubiquitous and sinister ‘ Hate’?  There are plenty of offensive things that have nothing to do with hate. There is plenty of real hate and viciousness that have nothing to do with any of the protected groups mentioned, but is so often the cause of  murder and mayhem we hear about every day- much more so than any so-called ‘hate crimes’.   What they call hate  is often not much more than the sound of a little kid shouting a bad word he just learned.  Depending on context, he may or may not know what it means. If he doesn’t know, it’s just funny. If he does know, it still sounds stupid.  Anti’s are just upset about the word itself-they don’t realize how the rest of the world sees that kid.

That is why in general I am not a fan of using epithets, especially written. I was taught to use strong words sparingly and only if the situation merited it- therefore, until all 5’3″ of me is dragging along a sheet in the deep South, or I am battling gunfire in Oakland- I feel pretty lame typing that word in White suburbia.  If I were to do that, not able to claim any of the history, not being from the south, my people not even having been here for generations, I would feel like a pretender. It’s not exactly like wiggerism, but it would still be posturing-pretending.  Years ago I actually had a conversation with a descendant of a slave-holder, and we had a good laugh over the fact that I was rather uptight about the nword,  while he was comfortable with it. I think the last time I heard that word, or a version of it- it was a white kid addressing another white kid.  I know I can make my points other ways, and I am not  interested in ‘playing to a crowd’.

I took flak on SF for suggesting the same regarding epithets and avatars, and I’ll stick by it. What some interpreted this as is class/language warfare, which it was not. Some took it as a personally- as if they were being singled out and mocked or put-down- also which was not the case. Those people, the ones who brand themselves as the hardcore- the mainstreaming of online stuff is their opportunity to form real groups and many already have. I joined an organization pretty much right away, but most mainstreamers will not do this, they want to figure out where they stand, they want reassurance that people who think like us are somewhat like themselves- otherwise what exactly are we doing-? What I said- playing to a crowd, preaching to the choir.  Entertainment.

When we give to our people,  we should give more than just entertaining them, doing the equivalent of giving the kids a happy meal because they are bored and hungry. If you are going to preach to the choir, then preach. And mean it.  Give of yourself , sincerely. There has to be something more than candy coated, formulaic feel-good blather fan club.  If others think they can promote pride of our people(s) via such words , let them do it- I can’t pull that off- just like I don’t have a safety pin through my nose, or use drugs, or have a porn star-ish name- I don’t want to be that little  kid on the playground shouting a word just because I can.

I started this March of this year-  just to see if I could do it.  I can’t  afford real software/hosting on any of the free-speech servers -and it was free-hence the annoying banner ads and pre-made forum skins/themes.  Last month I had some health problems- ended up having emergency surgery for one , the other I don’t know yet .  Before this happened I was looking  for work, volunteering and going F/T  school , among other things. While I deal with this and a lot of other stuff, I thought I would finish the project- even if no one ever signs up, it was good to learn about PhPBB/website stuff.   I want to keep up the blog and will add stuff as I can, but I can’t do the long entries right now and wanted to leave part of this blog  to you and hear what you have to say.

http://www.freeforum101.com/silentconsort

It will be a bad Friday to see you cold-  not much more than a week ago- we spoke.

You laughed and drove my boy  to the game- you were so very alive-helping me-

as I dealt with doctors and knives.

You brought sweets, though I still can’t eat –

Your son could do no wrong in your eyes

true or no,  I don’t criticize.

It was as it should be- you were on his side.

You knew of our failings, what we could never get right-

but your love for him and his boy brought me a kind of rare  joy-

That you would never turn on him, no matter his age, the situation- right or wrong-

Nor would he spend years writing letters asking for help, an answer- and wait-

if he feared  he couldn’t get by in this once glorious state

 perched on expensive tectonic plates.

Those kind of questions he need never ask.

You always said it would happen someday- but your heart never failed until Monday.

The years since we’ve  been estranged seem unending-  inevitable change  impending-

It was never Romeo and Juliet

more like the Montagues and Capulets.

You once said I was  like Apollonia -“more Greek than Italian”

but it turned out more like  Michael and Kay.

You never blamed me, shamed me-

for not being like you –

for trying  to fit in and getting further outside

still you gave me my due-  for doing many of the things

even you could not bear to do.

even  if  it was because you knew

I knew more than I thought /you thought I knew-

though I’m sure you know more than I-

you will take all that  with you

as we miss you and  kiss you goodbye.

“You know who I blame? I blame everyone who ever pulled a lever for a liberal politician.”  Gary Christian .
Look at the man’s hands, how he works them around and around.

“The system has made it so the defendants have all the rights ”  Deena Christian-

“If they want to bring a stereo or television in their cell, they’re able to do it, it was more like a college dorm.”  Mary Newsom

Hugh Newsom: “Our military troops do not have it this good” (referring to Riverbend  prison)  “they can check out movies- one of the defendants was going to take two life sentences- we were shocked to find how good they would have it .”

~~

Of course both families are going to refute the racial angle- they would not do or say anything that might harm the state’s case.  The reporter keeps bringing it up. How absolutely sickening that the parents have to even defend themselves by giving a ‘racial disclaimer’ while they grieve and attend courtroom proceedings. If anyone has a reason to be  ‘racist’, it is they.   They should not have to constantly address, refute and defend themselves.  It is disgusting that the parents should have to even answer anything related to such. It is not they who are on trial for the torture and murder of two young lives.

From the video – Gary Christian ” I don’t think they went looking for White people.. but at least two and probably three of these animals … if they saw you walking down the street they would hate you because of what color you are-I don’t think this started as a racial ,  but once they had them, it became a hate crime. ”

He follows this up with the obligatory disclaimer about not caring what race they are, but then says,  “Did they hate my daughter? You don’t do what they did without hate- I could catch a rabid dog-  and I in my soul could not treat that dog the way they treated Channon and Chris. The people who did this have to die .”

If  one rejects the  made-up name  ‘racism’  as ‘color-blaming’ , then Christian is right.

Color, in and of itself is not to blame, for race is much more than color.  The color just happens to go with the territory much of the time. Just like more forest fires start in Southern California- yet one does not call it  ‘dry-grass hate’.  Long ago, I learned in statistics about correlation. It is said more traffic tickets are written for people who own red cars,  yet the color red is not to blame. That said, one cannot dismiss the ‘Statistically Correct’ fact that perhaps the people driving them are somehow prone to go faster, or drive more recklessly. Are these drivers being ‘profiled’ or is the numbers of tickets written  for red-car-drivers disproportionate and thus unfair? Or are they really just driving that fast?

The warden took the families into the execution chamber in the prison and told them about the debate over lethal injection as a humane form of capital punishment .

“The warden told me to my face that the death penalty was a lifetime commitment,” Gary said.

Now that is chutzpah. Ya know, warden- there is bad, with a small ‘b’- there is Bad, and then there is… Evil. Just as it is wrong to try and corner the parents on the race issue- as it is wrong to guilt-trip them on the death penalty. System, you have got this whole ‘fair and just’ thing turned on it’s head.  Whites are so concerned with being  fair and avoiding the dread ‘racist!’ name-calling. The Christian/Newsom families are all but forced to come up with these pseudo-multi-culti disclaimers for fear if they are perceived as ‘racist!’ , the case against their children’s killers might be compromised. Let me get this straight: The parents of the tortured, raped and murdered kids have to convince the media that they are ‘fair’ and that everyone is ‘=’.  Anyone hear from the parents of the accused? Let us hear what they have to say, make sure they do not hate White people. That will never happen. It will never happen because we are supposed to feel sorry for the parents of the murderers; they are no doubt poor, uneducated- and they are that way because of White people- and we end up right back in the White Guilt level of the Inferno once more. On the one hand, it is true that if they were in Africa, then Channon and Chris would be alive.

“What was the last thing she saw when he stuffed her in that trash can? What did she see? How inhumane was the way she was treated in comparison to chemicals coming down a tube? Come, on, give me a break. “

“We were told it would be in a cell 23 hours a day with only one hour out for a break. Well that was not the case when we got down there. We were shocked at what we found,” Chris Newsom’s mother Mary said. “The prisoners on death row that we were able to talk to were playing racquetball at the time. The ones on the other side were playing poker.

The Christians said the prison reminded them of a resort.

“Augusta National, that place was more manicured than the prison, but not by much. I can assure you it is ridiculous,” Gary said.  The Newsoms said the lush landscaping on the outside and amenities on the inside did not resemble the punishment they imagined.http://www.wbir.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=88398&catid=2

Playing the Race Card : Ace of Spades

The ‘disproportionately represented’ tactic is not going to go over well.  Go with  Green Mile over Shawshank Redemption: ‘We knows not whut we do!  I was just they-yah mistah yah honoh sur, I’s don’ knows whut was happnin to dat girl or day boy !” The only thing to do for them is throw themselves on the mercy of the court.  Sorry , that mumia has the patent on the Officially licensed product of the Wrongfully Convicted Black. No one is going to carry a ‘free lemaricus’ sign. Well, maybe a few crackheads in Oakland, like they did for the one who killed 4 cops.

From the movie ‘The Green Mile’ , a film adapted from the Stephen King novellas. Green Mile – get all the wrongfully convicted and special powers , with only half the prefrontal cortex!

When hes not playing a forensic investigator, hes wrongfully convicted

When he's not playing a forensic investigator, he' a wrongfully convicted brutha

Listen up, lemaricus thing- this is not like you stole your friend’s toy or sold mama’s food stamps for cash.- This is real bad. You figure, ‘they’re goin’ kill us anyway, might as well try anything we can’ , but that is not the right way to go.

‘It’s The Man tryin’ to keep a brutha down’ disproportionately representin’ us on death row ‘. The lemaricus thing  is making my points for me ? OK , he says he wants his case dismissed because of  ‘racial disproportionality’,right? He’s making exactly the point I have been trying to make for years for me.  He is saying his own are overrepresented. Gee, I wonder why that is?  Could it possibly be because that’s what they DO?

Now real logic would follow that the prosecution would look at this kind of argument with a ‘ blank stare or a ‘No, duh’ look- but no- people in this IndoctriNation will actually take it seriously. Brutha just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, when  the other ‘disproportionately represented’  bruthas were rapin’, burnin’ and killin’  -wait, one of them was his actual brother- I get it- one brother is going to play the Opressed Black as he rolls over on his bro, who was overrepresented as well?  Who just happened to be rapin’ burnin’ lootin’killin’ at the same time? No one is going to buy this ‘we’re being discriminated against’ – the only sheets that kind of defense is fit for is the kind found on a toliet paper roll.

Motion filed by David Eldridge and Doug Trant asks the judge to dismiss the death penalty because of ‘ racial disproportionality’.

 http://www.wbir.com/pdf/05212009_davidson_motion_death_penalty.pdf

Defense attorneys for Lemaricus Davidson have signaled their intent to bring race into their legal battle to dismiss the death penalty as a possible sentence for their client.Davidson ….. of carjacking, raping and killing Channon Christian and Chris Newsom in 2007.All the defendants in the case are facing the death penalty. Attorneys …… filed motions regarding capital punishment. Previously, defense attorneys have filed motions to have Judge Richard Baumgartner declare the death penalty unconstitutional. Another recent motion filed by….. is asking the judge to consider the expense of the death penalty which is through lethal injection in Tennessee…

blah blah blah we should just let them kill us and sit on appeals for 20 years playing poker and racquetball.

That’s great.

More chutzpah- likening the crucifixion to executing those convicted of a capital crime?http://www.vanderbilt.edu/dialogue/Archive2005-06.html   The Passion of the Christ – the most famous execution.  Come see the film that stirs such controversy and hear our panelists discuss the execution of Jesus from the context of capital punishment.  Panelists for the evening include:  Rabbi Alexis Berk, The Reverend Dr. William Buchanan and The Reverend Dr.Rubel Shelly

“The Tennessee Department of Correction has the responsbility for providing medical, mental health, dental and vision services to people incarcerated in Tennessee prisons. All offenders are afforded access to health care services.” http://www.state.tn.us/correction/clinical/inmatehealthcare.html

Insanity: Assistant District Attorney General Leland Price agreed with the judge after defense attorneys  argued earlier their clients were facing too many charges. One motion claimed the death penalty is unconstitutional because it costs more than a sentence of life in prison. The other motion claimed the death penalty is racially biased. Judge Baumgartner said that’s a Supreme Court issue.

I’ll be  adding to this as I think of things-

If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of being in the ER/admitted to the hospital, here are a few things to consider:

1) A. Go early in the day if you can- or in the wee hours of the morning. It will fill up as the day progresses- it is no fun waiting and the receptionist may have all the speed and concern for your suffering of a grazing Holstein. She will purposely not look  or acknowledge you until she feels  the ‘moment is right’ and/or she has  gone through her little routine. Again, another reason to have someone with you. You may wonder, was  ‘Daisy’ hired for this particular quality or did this or another place make her like that? In my misery waiting , I thought of the study I stumbled upon when writing about the dairy farmers last year that said if a farmer names a cow, the cow produces more.  I can’t remember her name, if I even saw it. She looked somewhat like Sally Struthers.

Something I noticed ishow hiearchical a hospital is, and how far from the advertisement’s characterization  “I’m Brenda, a nurse’s aide, and I’m part  of  X hospital”  “I’m Consuelo and I feed you!”  “I’m Dr. SoandSo and I’m an awesome dude! check me out with ” – you know, the whole we’re all psyched to be here and we’re all part of a team, there’s no pecking order, everyone treats everyone super. You’re great. We’re all great. Ha. Everyone knows those ads don’t portray reality, but when you see something for yourself, you actually can estimate  how big  the lie is.

B.  Look Sick.

Don’t bother with any lipstick or fix your hair. Of course, if you are truly feeling lousy you probably wouldn’t bother with that. They seem to believe they can tell by just looking at you how bad off you are. If you made any effort to not look as bad as you feel , it will count against you. If you are lucky enough to look like you are not officially homeless, but maybe a step up from that, like you have been up most of the night, or slept in your clothes in your car, so much the better. I heard different ‘people in charge’ use expressions involving not what patients vital’s were, but rather how they looked. Relatives would make comments about how someone looked as opposed to what test results were or what their blood pressure was.

“Look at him, he looks really bad” .I definitely saw cultural/racial differences in stating someone looked bad. In some cases it was perhaps just  as an observation, in other cases it seemed a not-so-subtle plea for more help to those in charge or a way to either passively confirm the worst and show acceptance of it maybe to the doctor, or other family that might be there.

Doctors too: ” He’s got some kind of infection or issue, but  he doesn’t look that bad”  This last stated about an old guy who hadn’t been able to pee for 12 hours but seemed chipper and not at all worried about the idea of having his privates intubated.  This seemed to be put together by some kind of quick assessment ; if a person seemed listless,  their color was off, if  they appeared dehydrated  and their attitude, whether they were talkative or quiet, the ER people seemed to be able to judge a lot by a cursory look.  There’s a lot to be learned simply by observing- just because someone was more vocal did not necessarily mean they got more or faster attention. The thinking probably was they were better off than the person who couldn’t yell about it.  Unless there was some kind of special code on the intercom, people pretty much proceeded at the same pace, relying heavily on forms and schedules.

2) Don’t drive yourself.  They might ask how you got there and might not let you drive your own car back. If you don’t have anyone picking you up, and feel like you can drive yourself, you can try to BS them about being picked up on the other side of the building. Depending on your situation, they might buy it. This doesn’t work once you have been admitted , as upon release there is usually some orderly who will wheel you out to where you are being picked up and they won’t let you drive yourself. It’s usually best to get a ride anyway, just because you might still not feel great.

3) Try to get whoever drove you or someone else to stay with you,  especially if you know your problem is not going to be fixed quickly- Once you are in there and bracelet ‘UPC’  tagged, they won’t let you go anywhere-you can’t get a paper, they might not  let you  drink  anything  but the barium lemonade- often times they don’t want you using a cell phone if you have one.  They might have a cordless phone but they will not tell you about it unless you state that you need to call someone.  When you need something from them- be that pain meds or any small thing you might ask for- another blanket, a pen- whatever- having the attention span of a goldfish, they may  instantly forget about it the second something else happens, or it is treated like the biggest deal on earth ” well… ok but there are 4 people ahead of you waiting.”

These are some of the reasons to get someone to either stay or at least stick around near the hospital and check you every so often, if they don’t like being ‘where the action is’, because face it, it sucks there and the longer you are in there, the busier and more horrible it gets.  I used to hear people were ‘called’ into certain professions, but many are going  into health care just because this is an aging population, a growing industry and an ever-increasing need for various lower-wage positions. Bed-changers, shot-givers. Maintenance. Body janitors. Yard-duty teachers for the elderly. Jobs one need not attend an inordinate amount of schooling/English/writing skills  to get.

Give valuable stuff to to whoever drove you/staying with you and have them put it in the trunk of their car . You don’t want your wallet , watch or other items in a plastic bag floating around the place. The form you sign might mention the hospital having a safe, but right after that it will say they are not reponsible for anything lost or stolen. Better to give whatever you have to whoever you came with or a visitor. Look at it this way, the worst case scenario is you die,  and  wouldn’t you rather your friend or family get whatever it is you have than some hospital worker or  visitor? Even if you don’t come anywhere close to that scenario, chances are you will be taken to other places in the hospital, given stuff to whack you out.

It’s better to tell whoever brought you to take any stuff you don’t want ripped off or lost  to their car and lock it up   rather than simply sit with your things because your friend or family will get distracted, tired, put stuff down unwittingly, or walk away from stuff they said they would watch-so your things are just a curtain, coffee break or bathroom visit away from staff or someone coming to visit a patient snagging a purse, wallet, jacket. People really will take just about anything that isn’t nailed down if it is of perceived use/value.

4) This is not a Democracy

Do not expect any lower-level staff  to know anything, to answer anything. Not just the first question- any question.  Do not be surprised if staff looks at you with annoyance if you actually want to read things you sign. Do not be surprised if their policies don’t make sense. You can try to mentally insert the Philipino accent.

“This is just that we treated you here, sign this,” they say.

“What is this about ‘Do I want privacy?’ checkbox? ” one might ask.

“Oh , well that’s just something if people call, we don’t tell them you’re here.”

“Ok, but that doesn’t count for family, right, like if my mother should call?”  (reasonable question)

“No, sorreee, Ma’am, you cannot  pick and choose, you have to either check the box to or not, but you cannot choose, it is all or nothing. But we don’t tell details.”

“Ok so if I check the box, then you say you can’t  tell them whether I’m here or not, right?”   Blank look.

“No, that would be lying to them. So we just say you’re not here.”

“Umm, but that is lying to them. Isn’t it?”  Again, blank stare.

“So do you want to check box or not?”

The ER is not a place where anything gets discussed or debated. They want one-word, one-number answers. They don’t want to explain stuff.  Everyone is in a hurry, and that is another reason to have a person with you. If you are really bad off  and need something- that person can advocate for you and raise hell when you can’t.  Of course, there are people who are incapable of such, and by turn, people who don’t want anyone around . From observation, something I read a while back appears to be true: people in the hospital -or any other care-related place-who have family or friends around them get more care than those alone.

Makes sense. The hospital looks at it pragmatically- just like the “I don’t knows” they hire. If someone has people there watching out for the patient- they are in essence a third party and witness. I overheard more than once doctors bringing up the advanced directive papers. I felt bad for the old man who looked and sounded as if he might be suffering from dementia. “Oh, no, he doesn’t want to be on machines.” I heard someone say through the curtain.

5) ” What number is your pain?”

Don’t try using metaphor or analogy- forget it- they don’t grasp that,  they just want something to write on their sheet. Pick a number higher than what your pain actually is if you have any hope of getting relief.  If you waste time trying to describe how it feels, you will be met with “OK, Ma’am, but what number?”- which brings us to …

6) Pain Meds: Just Say Yes-

Don’t go halfway on the pain meds when you have the chance, just go for it. When you are hurting and miserable and you make your 7th trip to the bathroom and see the other guy in la la land asleep, you will wish you had taken the whole shot. By now you probably have an IV. If you are in pain, don’t say you want to try half and don’t want to get overmedicated. . Morphine sounds like a big deal, but the amount they are giving doesn’t really do a hell of a lot.  They are right when they say if you hit pain early and hard, it helps more than if you try to ‘pay as you go’.  When they first give it to you, you might feel a little gross for a minute, but it goes away quickly. Pain-lessening- maybe- pain-killer- not so much.  When you are in pain, or have anxiety just being there on top of that, it slows down the effect of the pain medication. If they offer you valium or ativan in your IV, take it. It probably isn’t all that much

If you didn’t take the whole amount they offered, it might be harder to get more from them- they are not allowed to save what you didn’t use, they have to throw it away- so it wastes it -the nurse  has to track them down and get them to write up a new order for more, which doesn’t sound like much, but takes forever. After watching one of the nurses running after a doctor as she swept by, not turning to acknowledge anyone, you begin to see how it is not always the nurses fault. The Dr might be snotty about your not taking the whole shot of whatever they ordered-” I’ve been doing this X amount of years, do you think I would give you more than you could handle?”  said  Dr. Hyde- she appeared white, but I suspected she actually wasn’t after looking up the name.  Some doctors are all right, but many are dicks, women included.  If you  come in and your blood pressure is low, they won’t be as apt to give you any kind of pain-killer, no matter how miserable you are. If your BP is low they will IV you until they think you won’t keel over. Also, when they say they are going to take blood, they don’t mean  one little vial. They mean like five or more.

7)The Know-Nothings: ” What IS this stuff you want me to drink anyway? “

Be prepared for whoever is giving you shots/asking you to drink stuff for them not to know anything about what they are giving you.   “So, most people are fine with this stuff?”  you will get a generic “I don’t know, you have to ask the doctor, everyone is different.”   Don’t bother trying to rephrase it or acknowledge their covering themselves with  non-answers

“Just between you and me, Barbara”  a la Connie Chung,  ” most people are not allergic or have strong reactions to this?”

You will not get a straight answer. It’s better to have a cursory knowledge beforehand than bother asking the person giving it to you. As a test, you can ask the “I don’t know” people about what is in the lemonade when they hand it to you in a pitcher with a cup with ‘barium’ printed on it, and they still won’t tell you anything. “I’m not a pharmacist, Ma’am .”

They will also bring by random forms  “It’s just some paperwork to ask you these things .”   They will ask what religion you are,  all kinds of nosy questions-sometimes they will not even give you the form , they will just stand there with their clipboard and read off questions. The question for you to ask them is “Do I have to answer/sign this? May I see that paper? “  If they try what I have come to understand as the Vague Philipino Stonewall Method “I don’t know, Ma’am, this is just a paper for you to sign, OK?”   you can either play the game of asking them again if you have to or just  say you don’t want to sign/answer and see what happens. They may get a superior who  will come over and act like you are a problem. It is clear they are suspicious of anyone who asks about medicaton put in them or reads papers they are asked to sign. It is clear they are so used to people just going along with the program that anyone who asks “hey what is that you are putting in my IV, what is in this crap you want me to drink? Let me read that before I sign anything” sets off a monitor in their head.  Don’t expect them to be even fake-nice after you ask them about a few things. They look at it like you are just making their job more difficult or  like you are picking on them/ being a jerk rather than just concerned what you are signing or what drugs they are giving you.

Some of these broken-English/Philpino conversations are somewhat funny, if frustrating. While the answer may be obvious, and on file, they ask anyway.   “It means.. what do you consider yourself to be? are you white, black..”  as if I didn’t understand the question. ‘How old are you?’ They already know that if you are somewhere they have your records computerized. ‘Is English your first language?’ Why they need ask these things at an institution that has one’s records- I know not. Perhaps those  questions are there to offset/distract from the religion questions- which no doubt either piss people off for being nosy or scare them because it  suggests last rites and deathbeds.

These helper/nurse people were  mostly all Philipino/Asians, a couple eastern European short, heavyset girls who looked like they could beat the crap out of Tony Siragusa . Someone called one of them when they had to hold down the old guy in the next bed. The Philipinos or whatever they were didn’t seem get any kind of sarcasm, joke or irony- it just seems to either piss them off or confuse them. They have their own type of humor, as I heard them giggling and gossiping about doctors, ex-patients, “Ooh he was a fireman?” , “She works at busy nails, too?” “I can’t believe he said that!”

 8) Procedures:/Privacy  The  Dr will try to do as much to you in the room you are already in as he/she can. They are going to want every bodily product from you they can get, and if they can’t get it bedside, they will send you to collect it.   No matter if only a thin curtain separates you from grandpa yelling in the next bed they will do it  right there-they are not moving you to another room unless they need special equipment. Privacy ? Fuggetaboudit. Just hope they are quick . They will announce it and then they will do it, you can get an idea by looking at the tray. Kick anyone out staying with you, tell them to go take a walk or get lunch and come back in a while as you may be feeling somewhat  ‘socially inept’ afterwards.

In general : Keep an eye on your IV, what staff is doing with it, and try to get your pain meds/more pain meds before they send you to the next place. Usually after whatever they do to you at this level, you are ready for one of those anyway.

Be aware though you may have heard about the ‘dye’ injected when one has a catscan, it is not simple ‘dye’  as in food color, it is iodine, which is fine as long as one doesn’t have seafood allergies, though the tech told me they have taken that warning off the bottles, she still asks people if they have seafood allergies asthis increases the chances for bad reactions. Be aware that when they put that stuff in, it will cause this strange warm sensation as it courses around your body and though it only lasts a minute- it could be worrisome if one wasn’t expecting it. At least the machine is quiet-unlike an MRI- as it tells you to breathe in, hold your breath, exhale as it shuffles you in and out of the tube.

The techs there say they use the catscan more often rather than the MRI because the procedure is much quicker, though the cost is about the same- one would think having someone have to sit around taking up an ER bed for at least two hours + – people come in and get bumped ahead of you-  would cost more, but the techs say it is the time the procedure takes that is the factor in estimating cost of MRI  versus a CT scan. They can run more people through the catscan machine in the time it takes to do one MRI. I already knew they didn’t answer stuff about whatever turns up on the picture, they just operate the machines, and put stuff in the IV, but at least they did answer questions about what they themselves are doing .

9) Everything takes forever.

The worse off you started , the longer you will be there- unless of course- you kick the bucket . While you are drinking what seems to be a quart of barium lemonade , shivering from the IV, more and more people are flooding in. It’s not a quiet place, the ER.  Alarms on heart rate, blood pressure are constantly going off,  “Code blue STAT!” , the occasional screaming kid- but more often screaming elderly. By the time  you get to the stage where the RN’s have collected/sucked out bodily whatever, plugged you into the IV, drugged you up and the Dr. has violated you in Barney-purple gloves – you won’t be good for much .

If you are lucky enough to not be in pain by now, go to sleep.  You might want to actually save half of the last bit of your  barium drink, they aren’t super worried  if you don’t finish all of it, and they still won’t give you anything else after the catscan, not even water- so if you save half a cup of the barium , yeah, it’s not great but at least you have something to drink  which you will want if you start hurting or whatever meds make you feel gross. They do have ice , they even have some food, but don’t expect they are going to offer you anything. If you are in the ER, lunch is probablynot your main concern, and they need to keep you ’empty’ in case you might need surgery, so don’t expect jello. They may not even let you drink water, so if they give you the barium drink, save the last half a glass-pain may make you thirsty or the shots may make you feel a little sick and you will want anything to drink.

If someone brought you and stayed with you, when they first give you the  pitcher of barium to drink “we put crystal light in it to make it taste better!” , tell your friend , family or ‘S.O.’  they can take a hike and get some coffee or food, because you already know it will be at least two hours before they will do the catscan.  Ask them to close the curtains. Tell them where the lounge/cafeteria/coffee is if they don’t know.

Staff will keep asking “what is your number?” in reference to the pain.  Just because you tell them doesn’t mean anything is going to be done about it any time soon, hence my previous advice to over, not underestimate the pain when they start about ‘on a scale of 1-10…’ stuff. . This is not the time to be  a tough guy, the pain might very well get worse, so whenever they check on you, if you still hurt, you better tell them because when a shift ends, it takes everyone forever to go through procedures and do and re-do everything.  Pain sucks but if they don’t see the pain as connected to anything immediately life-threatening, your suffering is not priorty, and if you  turned it down earlier or only did half and your situation gets worse,  ‘Trust Me’  you will regret it.

You will be able to pick out the one or two sharpies from the drudges after watching them, seeing who is going to who for advice, and who is answering and running things rather than doing the redundant, “I don’t know” work.  The good news is eventually a new shift will come on, and you might actually get someone who knows what they are doing, will answer stuff, and is actually kind rather than the kind that resent you.

10)Paperwork

` If they are not going to admit you and are letting you go or if you have been admitted and getting out the next day , get any RX’s sent to the pharmacy and Dr’s notes for work before you go or their shift is over or you are releasedHave the person you came with or picking you up get the Rx’s if the ER or hospital won’t have them sent over- If you have been admitted, you might have to get the same doctor assigned to you to do the paperwork – they often will not be back to make rounds until the next day so ask for it when you see them . If you are not assigned a particular doctor, or the one who treated you is busy in another room, on break or who has gone home, as whoever is on-shift or wait until the next shift of doctors comes in.

You have a good chance of getting the paperwork during a lull  around the commute hour through dinnertime, this is a good time to start hassling the “I don’t knows” for paperwork you need, or follow-up appointments. If you can get them to give you medication right then before you get your RX’s, so much the better. Also when you are being released, but not quite dressed and ready to go, you can say you are waiting to get the paperwork or even say someone else said they were going to get it a while ago and never came back- they will believe this because of the goldfish attention span-and because they want the bed they are more inclined to hustle. One might think of going to whoever seems to hold the keys, but it seemed the kindest ones actually seemed to get whatever you need the fastest. One wonders if that is because they care more, thus are more persistent, or simply have the ability to sustain ‘niceness’  to snarly doctors. Make sure to check paperwork to be sure dates or whatever information you need on it is present and correct before you leave.

defense talking about how they are afraid, acting as if the people posting have no right to be disgusted and angry and have the chutzpah to ask the newspaper site to ask for real names or other identification, while they piss and moan about  the fact there weren’t any posters on their side. Cry me a river.

They shouldnt complain if they support the system that causes cases like this

Knoxville, TN 37917

They shouldn’t complain if they support the system that brings out the slaughter of innocents like Channon and Chris.

  blahblahhateracismbigots

Typical turning-it-around tactics employed by slimeballs everywhere- play the victim while attacking the actual victims- Us and whining ad nauseum about how people hate them and how afraid they are.  There has been much discussion about whether this coleman testified without an attorney willingly, invoked 5th amendment-The guy who initiated the immunity request has retired-  ‘Party to a capital murder case skated because of a technicality.’ That’s what the defense is trying for, but it appears it is all smoke and mirrors. They already tried the ‘you-didn’t-really-sign-the-search-warrant’ tactic- this is their latest attempt at pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

http://news.google.com/news/more?um=1&ned=us&cf=all&ncl=dfL8PMMuN3H5k_MZNsmTjveKnpTsM  collection of latest links regarding coleman

Judge Baumgartner says Assistant District Attorney Leland Price filed legal paperwork originally created by the US Attorneys office. The document is an immunity request form. Price told Judge Baumgartner on May 7 that the US Attorney filled out the form in case Vanessa Coleman invoked her 5th amendment right when she was subpoenaed by the federal government to testify in front of a federal grand jury. The judge says Coleman did not invoke that right and she was not given immunity according to the request form

That document, which proposed immunity for Coleman in return for testimony before a federal grand jury, was dated Jan. 17, 2007, eight days after the couple was slain. Assistant District Attorney General Leland Price countered, the investigation was only eight days old when Winck filed that immunity request form. “At that time, the plan was to use her as a witness,” Price said. “She wasn’t viewed as a suspect. The investigation was still young.”
Coleman ultimately never followed through with the immunity request, Price said, and voluntarily testified. By then, Winck and a team of federal and state prosecutors handling the legal end of the probe already knew Coleman had been inside the Chipman Street house when Newsom and Christian were raped, tortured and killed.

Search warrant affidavits had already detailed that before Winck inked the immunity request, and testimony has shown that federal and state authorities already had questioned Coleman and let her go free…attorneys cite a Tennessee Supreme Court rule that bars state prosecutors from prosecuting a grand jury witness for the crimes about which he or she testified…whether that rule should apply in Coleman’s case since it was a federal grand jury and federal prosecutors who compelled her testimony. Although Winck’s immunity request form was drafted, it apparently was never actually carried out. Coleman agreed to testify without it.

In 1965 and 1966, the Canadian Jewish Congress helped organize the fledgling Canadian Nazi Party. That sounds crazy, but it’s true, and I wrote about it in Shakedown, my new book about Canada’s human rights commissions.

In a letter to the editor in the Citizen last week, the CJC’s current co-president, Rabbi Reuven Bulka, called my book’s description of the CJC’s role “fiction.” He said all the CJC did for the Nazis was buy them a bottle of rum.

It’s true that the CJC did buy drinks for Nazis in the 1960s. That’s pretty strange in itself, and I’d like to hear more of Rabbi Bulka’s thoughts on spending Jewish charitable donations that way. But the CJC did a lot more than that: they hired an ex-cop named John Garrity to go to work for the Canadian Nazi Party.

Garrity puffed up a group of Nazi nobodies into a national menace, first through organizational support and then through spectacular media publicity. And, sure enough, Parliament enacted section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, which censors offensive speech.

Twenty years after the Canadian Nazi Party vanished, CSIS, Canada’s spy agency, inserted an operative named Grant Bristow into another rag-tag racist group called the Heritage Front. Unlike Garrity, Bristow didn’t play second-fiddle. He became the boss, turning the Heritage Front into Canada’s leading white supremacist group. This time it wasn’t just Jewish money that was spent propping up neo-Nazis — all taxpayers paid for it.

Which brings us to the present day — and back to Rabbi Bulka and the section 13 censorship law. Canada’s largest customer of section 13 is Richard Warman, who has been the complainant in all but two cases heard by the tribunal this decade. The CJC was so impressed that they gave Warman an award.

But, in a stunning human rights tribunal ruling last month, Warman himself was rebuked for posting anti-Semitic comments on Stormfront, a neo-Nazi website, including a message calling Jews “scum.”

not as awesome as filing lawsuits though. Right,  dick?

Glenn Beck Speaks to levant about  free-speech, ‘human rights commision’  and the Danish cartoon flap

This video wasn’t made by someone on side, but illustrates the sliminess nonetheless. You may recognize some of the voices , listen to warman hem and haw – how he does not remember posting what sounds like what I would call Latent Haterality:

Unlike ‘Tourettes’ Syndrome, haaretz syndrome occurs whenever anyone criticizes anything having to do with jews or izzy. It is characterized by compulsive lying accompanied by vocal and whiny bursts of  “anti-semitism!”  “never again”  “holocaust!” and other such  outpourings.  So far there is no medication, though there are special centers developed as a temporary solution to this meddlesome and annoying Problem.

“We abhor Nazi ideals and find Holocaust denial repulsive and ignorant,” a spokesman said over the weekend. “Just being offensive or objectionable doesn’t get it taken off Facebook. However, we believe people have a right to discuss these ideas, and we want Facebook to be a place where ideas, even controversial ideas, can be discussed.”

Dallas lawyer Brian Cuban went public with Facebook’s policy late last week, prompting outraged responses from across the internet.

Neo-Nazi group holds militia training in West Hungary

The Hungarian National Front (MNA), a self-professed Neo-Nazi organisation, held militia training near Gyor (NW Hungary) earlier in the month, national daily Nepszabadsag reported on Friday.

The MNA plans to join forces with the Unified Hungary Movement and already has a pact with the Pax Hungarica Movement, whose leader was recently a speaker at a Holocaust-denial event, the paper said.

The far-right movements believe they can gain momentum from the economic crisis and domestic political uncertainty, it added.

Anyone with access to the group’s training camp is forbidden from taking in mobile phones or any kind of visual or audio recording equipment, the paper said.

Mr. Demjanjuk was deported for the second time by the United States on Monday. The first time was 23 years ago, and he was bound for worldwide notoriety, accused of being the unfathomably cruel “Ivan the Terrible of Treblinka,” one of the Holocaust’s most infamous sadists. He was convicted and sentenced to death in Israel, before new evidence won him a reprieve and eventually a trip back to the United States and the return of his stripped citizenship.

But the wheels of justice began to grind again, and the whole process has repeated itself step by step. Monday night, a frailer Mr. Demjanjuk, now 89 and once again stateless, boarded a special medically equipped airplane bound for Germany, where he is accused of being an accessory in the murder of 29,000 Jews while working as a guard at the Sobibor death camp in eastern Poland.

Did he shoot the real Barney in a drive-by?  This has got to be one of the worst shows for kids.  The dumbness is epic.  Every couple minutes these kids have to break into some spastic dance. The camera angles are vertigo-inducing. There is no sitting still , taking turns or signs of order anywhere.  This is a really crappy gig for a White kid.

How is it this is even a Question?  What Question? That implies one has to think about it, that there’s something up for debate. Dual-loyalty? Come ON, the loyalty is to themselves, and that means Izzy. Same old Problem.  Anyone else tries leaking government/security secrets to some other country and see what happens. Must be cool to have a ‘Teflon Yarmulke’ .

Big O lets them go. “improperly disseminating national security information.” Gee, that means telling Izzy things they shouldn’t be, as US citizens. But hey, some people have that Eternal ‘get-out-of-jail-free’ card, don’t they? Why do they do this? Why would they screw us over if they love this place so much?

It must really suck to be so universally hated . Brings to mind that old presidential campaign slogan “Everybody likes Ike”.  Fine. But as this page illustrates , from from Whites to Palestinians to Asians and Anarchists- ‘Nobody likes…’  well, you know – and why is that? Are ALL these people wrong? I don’t particularly agree with the ‘zionists are Nazis’ theme, but I hear they just Hate it. They’re not Nazis. They’re Super-Racists when it comes to themselves, but multiculti for everyone else.

Obama lets ex-AIPAC spies skate

Just days ago, the Obama administration said it was seeking the dismissal of charges that two former Aipac analysts had violated an espionage statute by improperly disseminating national security information.

The case against Steven J. Rosen and Keith Weissman had raised what many in the pro-Israel community in the United States regard as an unfair, even toxic question about whether the loyalty of some American Jews to Israel matches or exceeds their loyalty to the United States.Gary Silow, a Philadelphia-area lawyer and Aipac member at the convention, said he was deeply troubled by the potential for renewed discussion of what he said was the offensive “dual loyalty” issue. In Mr. Silow’s view, “the fact that they came after Aipac was what was really disturbing.”

While Lavit and Greene try to whittle away at the wood of the scaffold, the Christian and Newsom families express frustration at the protracted process – the family -through taxes- is basically paying for the entire defense team for the savages that committed every violation possible upon these kids, then killed them- and of course the defense will keep working away as long as the state pays them.  In China, I have heard if one gets executed there, they send the family a bill for the bullet.

Meanwhile, as I was writing  this the D.A. has approached Judge Baumgartner for a private review

Assistant District Attorney General Leland Price filed a motion Friday asking Knox County Criminal Court Judge Richard Baumgartner to conduct a behind-closed-doors review of something in the case and to keep the whole thing under wraps from the defense.

http://www.knoxnews.com/videos/detail/mary-and-hugh-newsom-talk-media/  video- Friday, April 24, 2009. The Newsoms expressed frustration that their attorney was not allowed to present their case and argue for a speedy trial.

“Granting this request would effectively mean the murders of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom could never be prosecuted,” Price said. “One of the four defendants will have to be tried first. Whoever is first could always claim he or she needed to call another co-defendant as a material witness. There would be no end.”

The state has requested that Judge Richard Baumgartner deny two motions, one filed by Letalvis Cobbins’ attorney and another by Vanessa Coleman’s attorney, aimed at delaying Letalvis Cobbins’ trial or dropping charges against Vanessa Coleman.

Attorneys Theodore Lavit and Russell Greene argued that Coleman was immune from prosecution by state authorities because she was compelled to testify about the killings before a federal grand jury that was considering the carjacking aspect of the case. Torture slaying suspect Vanessa Coleman was never granted immunity by federal authorities and willingly gave up her right against self-incrimination, a prosecutor argued in a motion filed today in response to Coleman’s bid to have state murder charges filed against her tossed out.

“After being advised of her rights by Assistant U.S. Attorney Mike Winck, she proceeded to testify voluntarily and without reservation,” Price wrote. “She never invoked her fifth amendment right against self-incrimination or refused to answer any question.

  • The conservative political group Youth for Western Civilization is currently organized on at least seven university campuses. According to its Web site, the group hopes to inspire Western youth on the “basis of pride in their American and Western heritage,” counter and ultimately defeat “leftism on campus” and create a social movement in which a right-wing subculture is an alternative to what it calls a “poisonous and bigoted” campus climate.

It’s not this Coleman that needs immunity- it’s US.

Diversity = AIDS – Acquired Immunity Deficiency Syndrome.  You catch Diversity first, then you get Immune Deficiency , then you DIE, like Christian/Newsom- or at best get attacked, raped, robbed- You get Present-Traumatic-Stress.

Immunity from THEM. If there are savages around, it isn’t the fact you  MIGHT get hurt, it’s WHEN.   It’s not like in Mexico where you can CHOOSE not to drink the water to avoid getting sick.  When we speak of ‘privilege’,  the ones who really do have it- money-  can afford ‘immunity’-yes, they can still get attacked or robbed or worse, but it is much less likely to happen.  White neighborhood generally equals immunity.

Add money to that and you get extra immunity in the form of  alarm systems, more police. Exclusive, not Inclusive.  More owners, less renters= neighbors know you,  care more about you. More likely to call cops, more likely to help you than a transient population of  what I call  the  ‘artificial equals’ and acquaintance-friend lemming flakes.

    Inclusive= chaos.

Exclusive =less ‘diversity’ ; more calm and quietness.

INclusive: Crime likelier to happen and less likely to be noticed when everyone is shooting, blasting music and constantly jumping around and screaming. Section 8 murderer colonies. Destruction of environs. Spray-paint ugliness. Selfishness .Unstable. Flaky.  Madness. Out of control behavior admired, violence as the only power. No concept of friendship or clan, simply people to get drugs from or use for this or that purpose. Lousy care of children, r-selection (high reproduction, little care) .People expecting to be treated like crap and treating each other like crap. No inventiveness, no initiative. Standing around on corners aimlessly. Vacant-eyed little kids. Constant yelling, making weird noises as a form of communication, banging stuff around. People they even know are as likely to hurt , steal from , kill  family- Those who stand by and let kids like  Christian and Newsom get raped, tortured and killed- like vanessa coleman. There’s some Divershitty.

EXclusive: People have an idea who you are; actively welcome or try and know you. You are part of the whole. Not constantly commiting crimes against each other. Not yelling and screaming. Helping each other. Sanity. Civilization. Solidity. Respect. Cultivation of land, environs. Generosity and altruism even in times of want.  Self-control= No need for police state -like Oakland should have-  as 99.9% of people don’t need it. People NOT doing things to make others miserable. Self-sufficiency. High investment in children K-selected- lower-reproduction rate , high amount of  care and resources given to children.

Both Thoreau and Skinner wrote about such places  in Walden and Walden II, both of which could only exist in a European/White context.  I disagree strongly with the concept of taking children from their parents-though I do agree with families helping each other collectively, self-suffciency and simple living.

Some might by default, choose from the only frame of reference they know and cry “That’s Commie! That’s Socialist!” and miss the point that this is an arrangement is based on a configuration of specific  peoples, and their ability to live as such, not an economy IMPOSED upon them, no free-speech, and the crappy things that countries that are not ‘free’ have -But ARE we  free  as long as diversity/murder/rape/torture is IMPOSED upon US?

It doesn’t matter that Thoreau and Skinner did not mention they meant Whites. That was a given at the time of that writing. They weren’t writing those books for illegal aliens and gangsta thugs.

Underlined spelling errors are not mine.  Proofreader fail- of course the media no one would never  intentionally want to ‘covertly’  attribute  illiteracy to a murder victim’s parent.  There were no errors in non-quoted material.

    ~

The Newsom family is upset about the motion for immunity for Coleman. “None of them should be immune to anything no, they were all apart of it they are all guilty,” Hugh and Mary Newsom said during an interview on Friday.

Meantime, the judge in the notorious double murder case ruled on Friday that family members of the victims can wear their pictures in court.

“It wouldn’t have mattered they would have to put me in jail they would have had to take it off,” Channon Christian’s mother Deena said. “Our buttons were coming with us regardless,” Gary Christian added.

“The audacity that defense lawyers would quesetion whether or not I can wear this badge,” Chris Newsom’s father Hugh said holding up a button with his son’s picture in it. “I think this has reached a rediculous stage and they should be ashamed of bringing that subject up.”

Judge’s ruling recognizes right to anonymous commentary

KNS Editor Jack McElroy: Judge Richard Baumgartner today denied motions to restrict online commentary about the Christian-Newsom murder case.

Given the legal precedents against “prior restraint” of the media, it’s hard to imagine how he could have done otherwise, though the judge clearly has misgivings about the News Sentinel’s attitude toward the comments posted on news stories.

This kind of case could easily spill over to include blogs. Keep a watchful eye.

… the judge said people should be free to anonymously participate in online forums. He also said a court order would amount to prior restraint on the media, which has been ruled unconstitutional.
