A Chicago judge has recused himself from hearing the case of neo-Nazi leader William A. White of Roanoke, who is charged with using the Internet to encourage violence.
White has targeted a number of people on his Web site, including every federal judge in Chicago, according to federal prosecutors. Both prosecutors and defense attorneys had asked Judge William Hibbler to step aside in order to avoid any perception of bias against the white supremacist.
In an order entered Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Chicago, Hibbler wrote that he could give White a fair trial. “This court however grants the defendant’s motion to recuse itself only to protect against the appearance of impropriety,” he wrote.
Hibbler referred the case to a judicial executive committee, which in a separate filing Tuesday asked that a judge from outside the Northern District of Illinois be appointed.
White, head of the Roanoke-based American National Socialist Workers Party, has also asked that federal prosecutors in Chicago be removed from the case and that it be transferred to Roanoke.
Those requests, which had been scheduled to be heard on Thursday, must now wait until a new judge is assigned to the case. White remains in jail, with a trial date yet to be scheduled.

One of the first hard truths we learn, usually when we start school as a small child -is that no matter how far one is along any given continuum- there’s going to be someone more ‘something’ than oneself. At least this used to be the case before the generation that was told that anything they did was great and CRITICISM became one fo the worst ‘ISMS’.
Does any of this sound familiar? “Don’t tell little McCayleigh that pouring milk allover the desk isn’t art, is a bad thing to do- why don’t we redirect that energy and say ‘that’s great, you’re a very special artist-person! Can we TRY and use the crayons?’ We don’t want to discourage in any way or make any child feel criticized or discouraged, so we have to be ‘careful and responsible’ about how we speak to children..the worst thing we can do is get mad or show disapproval. ” But because this whole idea doesn’t really make logical sense, the kid isn’t thus inspired to become a great artist because no one ragged her about purposefully dumping milk on her paper- what she learns is anything is open to interpretation, everything is subjective, and it’s OK to pour milk on your desk.
In an age where we are continually told things like ‘ all voices need to be heard’ and phrases like ‘level-playing field’ are bandied about- we all know deep down that ‘equality’ and ‘fairness’ are by and large, myths. Artifically imposed equality never seems to actually become the very thing it strives for. That said, we all are told we can be anything , do anything. It’s the American Way. But- is it? Enter Artificially Equals, the excellence-eating zombies.
We enact laws, in hopes of making things more ‘fair’, but that only serves to force people to not always go with who and what is best, therefore hurting everyone – nothing improves- in many cases- things get worse. I would bet you encounter constant encounters with the results of Falsely Imposed ‘Equality’ in your everyday life. How many times do people get stuff wrong that really doesn’t seem to be very hard. If we even go to the drive-thru to get a burger-the not understanding the person on the intercom- or they not understanding you, managing to either miss something or otherwise get something wrong-everyone knows to check their bag before driving away becauses chances are pretty good even a simple maneuver like looking at a screen and throwing the correct items into a bag entails way too much multi-tasking. I use the drive-thru as a metaphor for the problem- only because it emcompasses, albeit on a simple level- the problem of not being understood, and not getting what you paid for.

Trying to explain things to the Artifically Equal is another chore- it doesn’t matter whether it’s hamburgers or supervisors or teachers or students or about any scenario you can imagine- they won’t get it- and explaining it only seems to make it worse. Forget about abstract thought or analogies- they will inevitably seize upon details and/or try to devolve what you are trying to get across to the lowest common denominator- they simply cannot grasp the bigger picture. It’s all about that very moment, what do you want right now- not about critical thinking skills. Subtlety? Intricacy? Nuance? Forget about it. You will get a blank stare, or laughed at . There’s certainly the temptation to give in, to dumb-down , to regress in order to better communicate with the Artificial Equals. To hold what we have to give back because not only do we know it either won’t be understood correctly, but it might even be thought-jacked, malapropanized and regurgitated- worse if the new version is attributed to you.
Perhaps you have seen AE’s in positions you know you could do better in, are more talented or qualified- yet there sits AE smugly enjoying the fruits of your harvest. Perhaps you have witnessed AE fails in high-level positions. Perhaps you were passed over in favor of an AE because you were simply too normal. You weren’t enough of a tabula rasa, or blank slate. Or there was a brightness, or a keenness- an inventiveness or imagination that exceeded the limits of their own. You weren’t the kid in the ‘save this child or turn the page’ advertisement. There was nothing about you that needed elevating. You weren’t fleeing some kind of horrific mutilation in an aids/rape/famine-plagued nation, or an anchor baby or otherwised Officially Disenfranchised. Being outsourced doesn’t count. If you’re not the Ethiopian or the migrant farmworker- read illegal alien- then you have to be Madonna or Angelina, patron saints of Adopt the World, Doing My Part, Making a Difference. On a jet plane. In Prada. Ok, so we also all know normal people aren’t going to copy everything celebrities do- but it most assuredly is part of getting us used to the idea of being somehow responsible for the entire world.

It sickens me to hear the idle speculation- If Pressly’s killer snuck in through a dog door, it is highly unlikely she knew him. In the case of Christian/Newsom, the lies and speculation went something like “Well, they shouldn’t have been on THAT side of town “. They weren’t, they were taken there. “They were probably buying drugs”. They weren’t. Why do people default to blaming the white victims? But . the fact remains, they didn’t do anything – save being White. They were preyed upon. Something is really wrong when we operate from an Assumption of Expected Death. The assumption that we or someone we know WILL be killed, raped, robbed, etc., and the assumption that we have to accept it and live with it- that it is inevitable, certain and we just have to hug each other and cry, it sure sucks but we can’t do anything about it. That kind of crappy thinking then leads to even sicker thinking- perhaps unconsciously, our brains trying to make some logical sense out of it- that we DESERVE to die. That is SICK. That is pathological. That is anti-life. We DON’T deserve it. Will they stop doing it? COULD they stop even if they wanted to? What if we found out they can’t?
Reality Denying thus moves to the next level- the killers are the ones who are oppressed and we must help them-even if it means helping them kill us by subsidizing them, making excuses for them, making things easier for them, letting them out of prison, creating endless programs that don’t work, looking the other way when their performance isn’t up to snuff and not running the other way, let alone not locking the car door or speeding away because we don’t want to offend. When a 7 year old is beaten so severely he suffers a skull fracture- (see post on Zachary Cataldo) more excuses are made, investigations are conducted, the words ‘careful’ and ‘responsible’ are used, when it is obvious the ones using them know full those are the last things of any import in that world of violent savagery. Careful and responsible are for handling babies and lunch money, not when savages are fracturing your child’s skull, raping and killing. Be careful and responsible with your GUN, because that is what you are going to need. The death penalty is great, but a gun is a little more pro-active.

Thinking we deserve death is making us the ‘codependent’ to those who are hurting us, using us, robbing us, raping us and killing us. The line used to go “why do they ask the woman why she stayed- she had reasons, maybe she had kids or was broke or was simply afraid- maybe she believed she also could turn straw into gold- in any case it was felt the woman was being hassled and blamed when it wasn’t HER who was being violent- it was said instead of asking the woman ‘why did you stay?’ they should ask the man why he can’t control himself, why he keeps doing it?” This phenomenon is akin to looking for ways to blame these innocent people just trying to live their lives when the eye should be on the perpetrator, not the dead, who cannot defend themselves.
The assumption that people deserve/should expect to be killed if they get anywhere near ‘Diversity’ – flies in the face of what most of those same people say their personal beliefs about about race and crime. They are basically saying “if you CHOSE to be in that area, if you CHOSE to do this or that, YOU chose death. You had it coming”-
they then say in the same breath “oh no, I’m not RACIST or anything, I have this friend, he’s nothing like that ” – Yeah, we’re kind of worried about the other 99,9 %- the statement about their friend is another non-argument that only serves to prove our point. We all know we are in so much more real danger from getting lost in any ghetto than from the Psycho-Whitey-Serial-Killer next door. The Man with the Candy is something, a truly random event one CAN guard against. Rare. Unlike the Knoxville killers. The report from the Washington Regional Threat and Analysis reports that the FBI found “radiological dispersal device components and literature and radioactive materials” at the Dublin, Maine, home of 29-year-old, James Cummings, who may have had ties to white supremacist groups.
