Bill Noble (Exterminance) was sentenced to four months in prison for his Internet postings under Canada’s notorious “hate law” — Sec. 319 of the Criminal Code.

Bill called XXXXXXXX tonight. He said he’d been twice assaulted by sheriffs and had been very harshly handcuffed on his way out of court. As an initial insult, the trial judge, last November, remanded him for a psychiatric examination — shades of the old Soviet Union — because he has raised the “natural persons” defense.

Bill is being held in the Prince George Regional Correctional Centre (PGRCC).

He is scheduled for release April 24 after serving two thirds of his term. He told me he feels some guards are seeking to incite an incident which would allow them to charge him with bad behavior and thus force him to serve his entire sentence.

* Amnesty International defines a “prisoner of conscience” as a person jailed or persecuted solely for the non-violent expression of their political, religious, ethnic or social views. Bill certainly fits that definition.

“This is a relatively young man with no prior criminal record, but the offence of which he has been found guilty is a serious offence which, although unusual, has been found to be constitutionally valid by the Supreme Court of Canada,” Parrett wrote.

In a January 2004 posting on stormfront.org, Noble discussed the Final Solution, Adolf Hitler’s program to exterminate the Jews, and questioned the figure historians give of six million Jews killed.

The offence carries a maximum penalty of two years in jail but the judge found that six months was appropriate and gave Noble credit for two months in pre-trial custody, reducing his sentence to four months. Noble will also be on probation for three years and have his computer destroyed.

What a horrible thing. I hope the time goes fast for him. Even in its present weakened state, I truly appreciate our first amendment every time I read the Canadian news. Canada used to be such a pristine, beautiful place, and folks would joke about its blandness (read “Whiteness”). Now it’s become a dystopian craphole, complete with Thought Police and cities teeming with third-worlders. It happened so fast, too. I was in Vancouver a couple months ago, and the difference from three years ago was striking. There were lots of non-Whites before, but now it looks like Delhi or Beijing.

I’m the only one in this world. Can please someone join me in this life? Or maybe death…
